- If we exert ourselves, what are three (or more) signs that our bodies are in distress?
- One thing I found was heavy breathing in me and Luke. I think that the reason for this that our heart and some body parts need more air to move so fast. My face got really red. The reason is the heat from working out goes in your blood and makes the color change. The last thing was that my heart rate sky rocketed. the reason was your body needs more blood and oxygen to keep going.
- What can we do to make these signs go away
- We can relax our muscles and joints by sitting. Also we can raise our arms to help breathing.
