i noticed some changes with my heart rate when i became more active. the changes i noticed were that my heart rate sped up and i breathed faster.

     that happened because my blood cells need more energy when i exercise. so, they need more oxygen and nutrients. my heart pumped faster because it needed to deliver more blood to my muscle cells.
