Breathing Though Straws
One of the straws was definatly more hard than the other to breath through. The thin straw was much harder than the wide straw to breath threw.
I think that breathing through the wide straw caused the results on the graph because since most of my air wan't that limited it wan't hard to breath through. While I was sitting in the chair I breathed slowly because I didn't have to use so much energy to breath through it. But while I was walking and running in place I had to take more breaths because my body needed all the nutrients, oxegon, and water to go throughout my body.
Breathing through the thin straw and breathing through the wide straw did affect me differently. It was harder to breath through the thin one than the wide one. I felt pressure against my lungs and chest while breathing through the thin straw, but not so much the wide straw. I think this accurred because the wide straw let more air in for me to breath, but the thin straw limited the amount of oxegon I got by a lot.
I think I was asked to breath through the thin straw for 20 second instead of 1 minute because it in't safe to limit your air so much. I also think we were not asked to run or walk while breathing through the tihn straw because we could have gotton really light headed and might have passed out. It would have been very hard to breath through a tiny straw while running or walking in place.
My breathing changes as I become more active because my heart startes to bump blood constantly, carring the water, nutrients, and oxegon in all the cells in our body. Once we use them up we need more. Thats why we drink water, eat good foods, and breath. To get one of those important things we need our lungs. With the increase of activity, there is an increase in demand for oxegon. Our lungs take in the oxegon that is needed and at the same time gets rid of the carbon dioxide. It delivers the oxegon around our body by sending it to the heart where it pulses it to our whole body.

Heart Beats In a Minute
We did an expirement on how are heart rates can be different depending on weather we rested or did jumping jacks. Well, first when I was doing the "Resting Heart Rate" my pulse was just average. Nothing changed. But after I did the jumping jacks my heart was beating alot faster. I was breathing heavely while I felt the pressure of the pulse against my chest. I felt a big difference when I rested and then did the exersizing. The results show too. When I sat in a chair and counted the number of beats I only got 80. But, when I exirsized I got 100!
When I was more active my heart rate chaged because my heart was pumping blood faster and faster throughout my body. My body needed the water, oxegon and nutrients more and more as I quickly ran out. So the heart delivered it faster.
