Notes from the Yellowstone Skype:
This is the Komodo Dragon. It gets most of its water, surprisingly, its food, not drinking. It uses water to stay alive and also, because its a lizard and its cold blooded, to cool of from the sun. Cold blooded means it can't warm and cool itself like we do. It has to bask in the sun to warm up and swim in the water to cool off.
CBH: 10 in, 11 in, and 12 in for the third trunk and it was 90 in from the school. CBH: 41 in. CBH: 37ins. My diary entry,April 27, 1848- April 30, 1848 Today we arrived at the Alcove spring. Its a beautiful area with trees and water everywhere!!* I never want to leave!! We are having so much fun playing games like tag, I spy, and Hide and seek. This is also the place where we have to do SO many chores!! I just an to play or rest my aching feet. Back home in 2150, I loved all the electronics and that there were PLANES!! I wish I brought my robot from 2150 at home in my mechanics laboratory. I have SO many chores and things to do instead of riding horses and other fun stuff. We had a bountiful feast of all sorts and thing to eat and eat and eat!! I'm still full on the second day!! *see picture for a picture of Alcove spring! <-------------------------------------------------- see picture for a picture of Alcove spring!
Notes on experiment that Mr. Solarz is doing:
I plan to bring my 22nd century phone and computer on the trip. We have decided to bring a limited amount of thing for ourselves and only bring 1 personal item and our computer. We decided on all the items that we can buy and the ones we DO buy. We also made an amazing plan on what to do with our items once an original breaks. We will replace it with a new one!!!! Thanks to the man we crushed, we have enough money to do it all.
