1.The max temp was 93.6 degrees.HIGHEST 2.The lowest temp was 67.9 degrees.LOWEST 3.Our range is 24.7 degrees.RANGE 4.Our first letter we put was nylon, second was wool, and our third one was bubble wrap. I thought these were good. 5. I choose these items because the nylon was almost like waterproof, the wool was to keep it warm, and the the bubble wrap to be insulation on the outside. As you can see I was going for it to be warm, but also keep it insulated. 6. Some materials were paper towels, foam, and the thin plastic. These were all bad insulators to me. 7. I didn't choose the foam because it would float, I didn't choose the towels because they only absurd for a little and then they rip, and I didn't choose the plastic because it is thin and doesn't even keep my water warm. 8. The blips in my graph were big because my graph would show my jumps and they looked like it would drop 20 degree and then fly back up.It did this because it was touching the bottom of the cup witch was the part that wasn't insulated so it made the probe think it was cold. 9.An insulator is a bad conductor of heat, witch means that if I have two sticks and one is copper and one is wood the copper will conduct heat better because the heat can run through it. | 1. What was your maximum temperature (use your Data Chart, not the picture)? 2. What was your minimum temperature (use your Data Chart, not the picture)? 3. What is your range? If you had any penalties or gifts, include those in your total. 4. What materials did you use in your insulated bottle (type them in order from your first layer, second layer, and third layer.)? 5. Why did you choose the materials that you did? 6. What are some materials that you didn't choose? 7. Why didn't you choose them? 8. Explain any blips on your graph (if you have them). Why did it do that? 9. Is an insulator a good or a poor conductor of heat energy? |

Trees you have to admit are disappearing from lumberjacks to make stuff. These trees lose their leaves when it gets cold maple, an oak, a birch, or a poplar. These trees protect them from them self evergreen trees—your pines, spruces,or firs. (their kind of smart). Their leaves are waxy so they can take the winter. This is how leaves change colors:
This is when we were at the station with the stuff what people would carry around in the woods when hunting. My overall experience at the Historical Reenactment was very good and it taught me about how hard it was to live back then. Like if you were a hunter you would have to carry over 40 pounds of supply to stay alive in the woods. Or if you were a kid back then you would have the worst school experience ever because if you talked when the teacher was talking to you you would get a stick tied around you. Or if you had the job of almost being a spy and seeing what is going on you would have to never be seen or you would probably get killed or if you got away your village attacked. I also saw a lady at the inn and the inn had 8 bedrooms and you would get served in the morning if you payed extra. And then the crazy amount of native Americans who were almost like bears back then. So this is a very hard life to live in.
My character is a school mistress who is VERY strict. She has a ruler for kids who are bad, and a whisper stick for talkers, a whisper stick is like reins. It is a wooden stick and she puts it in your mouth and ties it as tight as she can. You cant talk, eat or hardly breathe. The ruler is for whipping bad kids on the butt. The Dunce Cap was for class clowns, you'd be a clown you would sit in the corner with your Dunce Cap on. She would give us all chalkboards to write on, simple math problems, or a letters booklet to work on. She has a lot of rules. A quiet child is a good child, no talking ect. Catherine was really soft looking but SUPER fierce. She was all about her rules if you broke them it was a whipped butt for you. Even a question to your friend and you would have a 3 hour whisper stick. 1 small wise crack and you would be in the corner. If you follow the rules and turn in your work, you will have a great school year!
I found it awesome that a 25-watt incandescent bulb will last 2500 hours! That seems like a very long time! When I compare it to a 100-watt incandescent bulb that lasts 750 hours, that is so much of a difference! I was surprised to discover that a 100-watt incandescent bulb gives off about 7 times more light than a 25 watt incandescent bulb! It only seemed like four or five times more.

The thing that amazed me with these two were that they were almost like 5,250 hours difference. Meaning that you would most likely want the CFL 24 watt in your living room because that is were you do most of your living. And you would want the other one in your room to keep it not to bright.
