1. Why is a project like the Revolutionary War Hero Project a good one?
   
2. What is one thing that you learned about your hero that you found interesting that other people probably don't know?
3. Explain how you would have liked to use ThingLink on an activity that we did earlier in the year.  Which activity was it?  How would you have used the tags?  Why would that have been a good use of our class time?

1. It is good because I know a lot a bout history now and a lot about Thomas Jefferson. Also it is making me want to learn about other historical hero's and how they had an effect on the world.
   
2. I learned that he actulaly built his own mansion, made the luesiona perchus as the third president, and learned how to speak 5 different languages. 
3.  I might have done it on the 27 most important historical events because then we could have a picture that had the tags that described each of them. I would have used the tags to describe the pictures. This would be good use of classtime because then we would have just been able to click on what you wanted to learn instead of scrolling up and down looking for what you what to learn.
   

- How many bones did your model need?  How many muscles did it need?
- How were your pretend muscles similar to real muscles? Different?
- What changes occur to the real muscles in the human body to make them pull on bones?
- What would happen if the ligaments of the models were overstretched or torn? How would it affect the way the models could operate?

1. Our model needed two bones and it needed two muscles like an elbow does.
2. It is pretty similar like there are two bones two muscles but we have a lot of tendons which I don't think is what a real elbow is like. 
3. The muscles get bigger and when you flex your byseps the contract and when you put it back it relaxes.
4.ours would it wouldn't pull back as well when we flexed it and we would have to pull it back harder than normal.

Answers:

1. The activity that increased my heart rate by the most were the push ups. I believed that these made me the most tired or got my heart rate the highest because it made me push my limits and do something that works out my body

2.The activity that made my heart rate the lowest was meditating. It did not push my limits for my heart and this did not make my heart rate speed up.

3. They were accurate because I have done them all before and I knew which one made me more tired and less tired. So then I could make a estimate on which one would make me most tired. 

4. I noticed that it started to pump blood faster. This was happening because the areas of my bloods needed more blood to make them keep soaring past there limits.

5. I thought my heart rate changed because I was trying harder when the activity got harder. Also when the activity got harder my heart had to try harder what made my heart rate rise.

1 I think I will have 999,999,999,999 beats. I was very far off from the real amount which was 2,580,877,200.

2 Extrapolating means to get something and figure out what it would do in time.

3 Some other things you can extrapolate are: how tall a plant grows in a year based on how much it grows in a day.
