Notes on experiment that Mr. Solarz is doing:

• Earths water is 97.24% salt water of all of the water on earth
• 0.001 of the percent of the water in the air
• fresh surface water is 0.01 percent
• 0.61 is the ground water
• 2.14 percent is ice water.

I was so amazed when Mr. Solarz pull out a little dixy cup and poured a little drip out of it and that was the fresh water! I was so surprised when the salt water added up to ten gallons compared to the little dixy cup! I never knew this was true about the world! It makes me rethink EVERYTHING I ever did with water! Thanks Mr. Solarz!!!!!
