![]() Sound: When I poured wate into another cup I heard waves being made. When they, crashed when they hit the water it sounded like rain falling into puddles. It sounded also like a waterfall falling from a low leaf, then it slowly dive into the water. Taste: When I drank the water I tasted crisp, but smooth. It was room tempetured, and blew away the dryness of my mouth. Smell: When I smelled the water I smelled like the beach. It had a slightly salty smell, but that is not what it tasted like. Sight: -Jostled: When I shook the cup lightly the water gently swayed back and forth elegantly rolling up the sides, coming back down. It stil kept the surface flat. The cup was wave-free. -Poured: When I poured water into my cup it dented the water's surface, and created bubbles that quickly surfaced to the top and popped. Touch: When I touched the water it fit like a glove. It let my hand right in. It was soothing with its coldness. It wrinkled my fingers if I left it in long enough. Water Vapor to Water: The Water vapor smelled like fish, unlike water. It tasted like misted water. It looked like tiny rain drops that stays floating in the air. It felt like dipping my hand into pieces of water. Ice to Water: The ice smelled exactly like water, salty. It tasted like fresh water, except solid. It looked like a sliver of rock hard clear glass. It felt smooth and wet. It sounded like shattering I am acting as a oceanographer. Oceanographer's study the ocean, the water in it, and the environment that surrounds it. Oceanographer's combine many other scientists' knowledge, and then the answer questions together. For example:
1: Life would be deadly without water. If you never drank water you would get dehydrated. If that happened then you would get headaches, then stomach aches, and after that you wouldn't have any nutrients in our body, so we would die.
2: If animals or plants never got water it would be bad. We would not get vegetables, fruits, or meat. If we did not get those things then we would starve, and not get nutrients. 3: If we want to have water in our lives then we have to do many things. We would have to make sure we keep our planet green. If we do that then it will keep raining, and we can keep our lakes ,and oceans full, to provide us with water. 4: Water is very interesting. It is interesting because it can possibly power our world. That is called hydropower. 5: It can be a good use of time for scientists to study water. Maybe because scientests could find more uses of water. For example, making simple rube goldbergs that use water When someone else is presenting a passion project, they should receive feedback on how to improve their presenting, and their project. For example, if someone did their project on a poster you could say " Maybe you could have scanned or taken a picture of your poster, so that more people than just our class can see. You could put the scanning on a blog or website." This is also the kind of feedback you would want to recieve.
If you have something crtical to a way to say it be "Instead of doing this you could do this. In Aruba I went on a off-road jeep tour. I walked to the natural pool, while sharp pebbles dented my feet. The pool was surrounded by mossy rocks, protecting us from clashing waves diving towards us. I got to the pool. I jumped in, and put on my snorkel mask. It had a long nose, with yellow stripes outlining the corners. I put the snorkel in my mouth, and sunk under the clear, glassy water. My eyes grew, and grew every time I saw a colorful fish. The first one was blue, with a school of purple and yellow, small striped fish. The next one almost looked like one of those fuzzy caterpillars. It slithered slowly along the jagged rocks. I saw many more fish, with different colors every time! When I came up from the warm soothing water, I gasped for air, and looked at mental picture in my mind, with amazement.
