When someone else is presenting a passion project, they should receive feedback on how to improve their presenting, and their project. For example, if someone did their project on a poster you could say " Maybe you could have scanned or taken a picture of your poster, so that more people than just our class can see. You could put the scanning on a blog or website." This is also the kind of feedback you would want to recieve.
