I know more about Mars now, and honestly I'm a little afraid to go there! There are so many problems, and so many different ways we could die. I don't know if I'm ready to go out of the solar system! But, of course, it will be cool to actually see the stars and space so close, after always only seeing it through the telescope. It will be even cooler if we go past some well known constellations. I may be the most excited to actually travel through space because, after all, my profession is an astronomer. It would be amazing if we saw the Canis Major, or the Gemini (both constellations).
I feel bad for Caroline Peter though. She is extreamly afraid of hights, and I don't know how she will do when we take off. We are good friends, and we travel together. Once when we were driving over a bridge, she lost it and started freaking out. I'll try to comfort her on the rocket, but I don't know how she will do. I hope she will get a hold of herself for this trip and be ok.
