1. Yes!!! It was extremly hard to hold the clothespin the same way, the same amount of time, over, and over, and over again.
2. Before the experiment my fingers felt fine, but I was really nervous. During the experiment my fingers felt like they were on fire. After the experiment my fingers felt like they were going to fall off at any second.
3. There is a pattern to my data table ( I think ). It continues to go up and down and up and down. It looks like mountains, the way some of them are bigger and some of them are smaller.
4. They could indicate that I would use a lot of my energy and do good on one of them, then on the next one, because I used all of my energy, I wouldn't do so good on the next one.
5. I think my results are reliable because they start up high, go down lower, then towards the end come back up. I also think that because I tried my hardest. Something that could have effected my results was that my clothespin was bad from the start, but it was getting really jacked up towards the middle of the experiment, so we grabbed a different clothespin (according to the graph, you can probabaly tell when that was).
6. My hand strength changed because once I use all my "hand energy" I get tired and don't have any more energy. My hand just gets exerted over time.
7. I know it has something to do with my organs and how they work, but I haven't learned that yet so I;m not exactly sure how that works.
8. I could have taken long breaks in between each 30 second trial, but we didn't have that, we had about 1:30 in between each trial. I think that would help because that would give our muscles a break and time to relax a little bit.
9. If I experience muscle fatigue in the future I will take a break and catch my breath, so my heart has time to slow down. If I don't then my heart could be going to fast, and that could be bad. Or my muscles could get really tired and that could be bad too.

1. Jumping jacks increased my heart rate the most. I predicted that because I know that when you do jumping jacks you are jumping and moving your arms at the same time, so that's double the exercise then the other ones.
2. Sitting increased my heart rate the least. I predicted that right too, and i predicted it because when you are sitting you are using the least amount of muscles compared to the others.
3. I ranked sitting to least increase my heart rate, then walking, then jogging in place, then acting like a fool, and to most increase my heart rate is jumping jacks. I ranked them in order from what uses the most muscles, because I think that the more muscles the harder you work. And the harder you work, the faster your heart rate is.
4. As I became more active, my heart rate went up. At the start my heart rate was at around 84 beats per minute. then at the end it was at 128 beats per minute.
5. My heart rate changed when I was more active because I was working hard. I'm not exactly sure, but I think this happened because my body needed more energy, so my heart beat faster to give it to me.
