answer:
1. the CraZy had increased my heart rate the most
2. sitting increased my heart rate the least.
3.sitting, then walking, then push ups, then running, and finally CraZy. I expected this to happen because sitting is really nothing. and CraZy is CRAZY!!!
4.it began to get higher and higher and increase a lot.
5. I think the heart rates changed because when I workout I get less oxygen and My heart needs oxygen to do its job. so when you need oxygen you breath light and fast which is too much oxygen going in and out.
