I thought Charlie and the Chocolate Factory was a great book. There were times that it got a bit boring, but, as always, it was very suspenseful and made me want to keep reading.
We examined muscle fatigue by squeezing clothespins. We then recorded our data on http://nces.ed.gov/nceskids/createagraph/default.aspx. The data we recorded is above. A pattern is that it went up, then down, then up again. We got partners and we did a senses test with a ruler! Someone held a ruler and gave a "senses signal" to let the other person know he/she was dropping the ruler. For example, we touched faces as a touch signal. Here is how the Energy Debates went:
