America should have lost. America had poor hunting guns,no trained troops,no experienced generals, and just regular people from America. England had way better stuff. They had easier guns to load,their guns were more accurate,they had really well trained troops,actual soldiers,and way more troops! England should have won so easily. All America had was that stuff that I said. America was the underdogs.
At first America just did the boring everybody stand in lines with people behind them. "Ready! Aim! Fire!" the generals would shout. That's boring! America I think hated that way. Then they did it the fun way! They ran around and did sneak attacks. That was awesome!
We had our tug-of-war simulation of the Revolutionary War. It was awesome! There was a red team that represented the Red Coats or England. There was the Blue team that represented America. There was also a white team that represented France. France joined in and helped America! Before that England was just about to win,but then France jumped in and helped America! Mr.Solarz was also helping out the Americas. There was also a German Hessian that helped out that British troops. When that started the Americans pulled all the way and won in a comeback! The American team earned seat passes from Mr.Solarz. Also we would get a Homework pass! Then Mr.Solarz said he was lying. There was one slave on the American side that would earn nothing even though that the slave would earn nothing. They would just have the same punishment. That would stink. If England still won it would be still sort-of a bad thing. They would have big debts! They would also have less men.
