My Reflection
The Push Ups actually surprised me by being the most heart rate. I totally thought that running in place would be first for sure. Sitting still was the exact opposite of what I just said. It didn't surprise me. Basically that is doing nothing. I thought rocking would do a little better though. The order I thought it was going to be different. I thought that for sure running in place would have the most heart beats. I had push ups second for the second most heart beats. As I did faster activities that you actually need to move they got faster. The slower ones had like 12 heart beats per 15 seconds. My hear rate changed when I was more active because your body needs more oxygen and nutrients. Those things give you more energy to do stuff. It means that your heart beats faster. This means the more intense workout you would do means faster heart beats.
