There was supposed to be a graph but I couldn't get it.
| 1.The jumping jacks increased my heart rate the most probably because I'm moving my arms and legs at the same time. 2. Sitting down increased my heart the least because I didn't have to move unless you count things like breathing. 3. I did not predict correctly I assumed that sprinting in place would get my heart rate up the most without a doubt. 4. My heart rate increased as I became more active. 5. I think my heart rate increased when I became more active because I needed more blood and nutrients so my heart pumped more blood and it pumped it faster than usual. |
