A: because of all of the jumping jacks I did I was out of breath. I was also starting to get hot because of the jumping jacks. My legs started to hurt because of when I was jumping. I had to stop because I started to get dizzy. Also my face started to get red.
Q: What can we do to make these signs go away?
A: What you could do for these signs to go away is stop what you are doing get a drink of water and sit down.
