Which activities increased your heart rate the most?
The running in place activity increased my heart rate the most. That surprised me because there was one after that witch means that I thought would increase more than this activity. Which activities increased your heart rate the least? Laying on the floor and sitting still increased your heart rate the least. I was not expecting the two to be the same. Was the order in which you ranked the activities accurate? (It's good to be wrong!) Explain. No. I got running in place and in-out jumping jacks switched. I was expecting the in-out jumping jacks would tire me out. What changes did you notice about your heart rate as you became more active? My heart beat became louder as it went faster. It was going faster as each activity progressed in fastness. Why do you think your heart rate changed when you were more active? What inference can you make? (Use pages 65–66 of your reference book to help you answer this question.) I think if went faster when I was more active beacause my body needed more fluid/blood to function to do all the activity.
