Up Downs was the activity that increased my heart rate the most, because it was the most strenuous and the hardest work. Jumping was the least hardest, because my body is accustomed to the work that it presents. The order was correct that I put them in, because from previous knowledge I knew what kind of workout each one was. My heart rate was jumping, because each activity was more intense and harder to do which spiked the heart rate. As you work your heart rate goes up, because more air needs to flow in and nutrients need to get to the muscles to keep on going.
