I predict that
I think the best conductor would be brass. I think the second best conductor would be copper. I think the third best conductor was aluminum . I think the forth best would be wood. The worst conductor is plastic. These are my predictions. Describe how the heat energy transferred from the hot plate to the butter. Answer: The hot plate traveled to the jar, into the water. The water changed the temperature of the rod as a conductor. As a result the butter melted due to the heat. How did the results compare to your predictions. Answer: All of my answers and prediction were of by a ton. I got none of them corrector. Which of the tested materials were the two best conductors? What is your evidence? Answer: The two best materials or conductors were copper and Aluminum. MY evidence was that the butter of those two slid first. These two were the best conductors. Which of the tested materials were the two worst conductors? What is your evidence? Answer: The two worst conductors were the plastic and the the bamboo wood. The evidence is that those to slid last. The plastic slid first but the wood didn't even start to melt till the end when it slid. Do you think water is a good or poor conductor? Why? Answer: I think water was a good conductor because it can trigger things. That is why you shouldn't swim during a lightning storm because the lightning could shock you. Also when you heat things up it heats up too. Why do you think it matters which material is a good or bad conductor? How do we use conductors in our life? Answer: IT matters because good conductors are sometime easier and quicker to use. We use conductors in are life when we are cooking. When we use hot water and burners these are conductors. Something positive we did during the panel debates are we had our we had our we had our 30 second intro. We had everything prepared for that. Something negative we did was we didn't have all of our questions prepared for the debates. Another thing that we did well on was that we were ready and fast when are actor had to discuss in what we were going to answer. But another thing that could of used some work was our behavior. Some of are group were not being serious when the cameras were not on us but when the cameras were on us we were amazing and focused.. I think our final product turned out well but there flaws. I think some of our timing was a little of but the rest of it was alright. The Panel debate between Samuel Adams (me) and Thomas Hutchinson overall I think went pretty well.
1.They compared in the beginning by a couple of degrees. The red cup with the warmer water was 63.5 °F. The water in the the colder water on the outside of the cup, in the bucket was 32.2 degrees. That is how that compared.,
2.The cold water over time was becoming more and more and more warm sitting out. It started out being 32.2 degrees and ended up being about 47.9 3. The warm water over time started to cool down from it's original temperature . It started out at around 80 degrees and ended at about 48 degrees 4. Our graph showed us what happened by telling us all of the changing temperature. When ever the table was bumped the graph changed. When ever the temperature dropped in the class room so did the temperature in the bucket and cup. 5. After 15 minutes I noticed that the temperature of both substances gradually become closer and closer. They almost met. 6.What happened to make the cold water turn warm was the air. As the temperature changed so did the cold water. 7. To make the warm water get cold was it sitting out. After the water sat out for a while the temperature of the warm water dropped because off the air and it sitting out. 8.If are experiment had ran for 20 minutes I think that the temperatures would meet. The warm water would become cold and the cold water would become warm. 9.The food coloring did not change any thing for me in in the experiment. All it did was change the color of one of the substances which made it clear for me.
1. Which side is easier to debate: Patriot or Loyalist? Why?
I thought the patriot side was easier to debate because there are more reasons to be against the people who are giving us taxes to pay. Who wants to be on the side of the people who make us let total strangers live and sleep in our houses. Which way made you LEARN more? Why? I thought that the computer way made me learn more. I think that way because of the interactive notebook at the bottom. That clearly showed me and taught me more on the topic. Today I was paid for the first time my my boss. 7 pounds, Hooray. But something through me of. Paul Taxcollector came and took money away from me. I guess I should of seen that coming for all he is a tax collector. But darn King George the third. His new laws that people have to pay for were outrages. If you were glasses, check
if you are left handed, I got lucky, if you were wearing a necklace or bracelet, lucky again, and if your birth month ends in ber like October, November, or December, lucky for the third time. I'm glad that the tax collectors didn't take much. But being called out for having glasses. That's just cruel. anyways I believe that I shouldn't have to pay for the crazy laws. We deserve our independence and the right to create better and stronger laws for our self's. Tax collectors are awful to come across. I shall always despise of them as long as I am in Boston. This is not very welcoming. How does your Google Doc Script clearly show Mr. Solarz that you understand your two events leading up the Revolutionary War? Answer:We understand the events because we wrote descriptivley what happened and we took the words from the book and put them into our own words.
How does your Google Doc Script clearly show Mr. Solarz that you understand what a Patriot is and what a Loyalist is? answer: We understand the differance because on is the loyalist likes King George's laws. The patriot is against KingGeorge. The Stamp Act had many different effects and what is called the Revolutionary War. When England brought the taxes up the colonists were angry. This is one of the causes for the war.
The Boston Tea Party had no effect on the war. This was a conversation and party between the colonists not the British. I feel that America should declare independence from England because the deserve to have a vote in Parliament, and the choice of the cost on each of the items they wanted to sell. They deserved a vote in a free life away from what the British said and did. I think that motion energy was the easiest energy to find. I thought it was the easiest to find because all moving objects a considered motion energy.
I think chemical energy was the hardest to find.I think chemical energy was the hardest to find because not a lot of things are chemical in a school. There were a couple challenges during the project. One of them was being able to take a good picture. Some photos all took timing.
