| 1. The in-out jumping jacks increased my heart rate the most. 2. Laying down and sitting were the same number of beats. 3. It was accurate because if I though something got miscounted or messed up I re did the action. this gave me more accurate number. 4. As I moved up exercises my heart rate became faster and heavier. As you can see on my graph my number of beats per minute went up as the activities got harder. 5. I think my heart rate changed when I was more active because The muscles helping me move need more oxygen. The oxygen gets to different parts of the body by your blood flow so to get more oxygen to the muscles you need more blood. That means the heart has to work harder to produce more blood. |
