What do I Know?

I know that Mexican foods have different textures. Some ingredients are used in both Mexican and American

What do I want to Know?

I want to know some foods that are eaten often and 5 very common ones.

How will I find out?

I will find out all the information with websites and google and my before knowledge.

What have I learned?

I have learned that that pablanos are popular and a lot a Mexican foods are very similar to American.

What action will I take?

I will take action by telling people clearly in my video and my website.

What new questions do I have?

What are some foods eaten often?

What are some funky things eaten?
What common things in America are eaten in other places?

My Reflection

I am really happy about how my website turned out and how my video is. I think my website shows and tells clearly all the different foods in Mexican cooking that I don't see often in traditional American food. My video also tells you everything about my website and explains clearly the things that aren't that clear. I really liked how it turned out. One thing that I learned was that Mexican food is similar to American food in pretty much all ways. I also pablonas are common.

Hi,

You did a really good job with organizing your website, and I enjoyed it very well. The only thing I had a problem with was the photo on your website, which kind of distracted from the rest of it. I'd go with a picture of a chimichanga, or somewhere along those lines.

Keep it up and don't give up on this project cause I think you are doing a really good job. Also, your topic about the Mexican foods that are different from American traditional meals is a very good topic. Your action plan was one of the best I've seen so far. Your writing made me wonder of how many common ingredients that many people in America don't actually know about or use commonly. Cooking is one of my many hobbies that I do. So, thank you for introducing those different ingredients so that I can make new recipes with it. It will be interesting to try. Great job on finding what your passion is about.

Great job. I squeeze lime onto Mexican food instead of using salt. It's delicious -- and healthy. And I love listening to Mexican music, (especially Mariachis) while I'm eating Mexican food.

i really enjoyed the content on your site! i love mexican food and i thought that you did a really great job capturing the essence of mexican cuisine. the framework that you've set up so far is great, and i too hope that you continue to build on what you've already created.

expanding on some of the ingredients, like: tortillas, plantains, corn masa, jicama, etc. could be nice additions.

growing the recipe section would also be nice. i know i want to try the burrito pie, it looks delicious! i think including both traditional and twists on classics would be great. and if you can, add some videos!

to answer the questions should you start your own blog, i say YES, why not? it's something you are passionate about, and a great way to share your passion and knowledge with family and friends.
