My Final Product Video

This is a little video I made touring my site!

My K-W-H-L-A-Q Chart

What Do I Know?

  • Rubber bands are flexible and stretchy.
  • They can be big or small in size.
  • They can make many things.

What Do I Want to Know?

  • How many different purposes can they serve?
  • How many working things can I make out of them?
  • What materials can make the most creations?
  • Can anything as simple as rubber bands solve common issues?

How Will I Learn the Information?

I plan to learn this by using actual rubber bands and matching them with things in my desk  to find as many creations as I possibly can.

What Have I Learned?

  • Rubber bands can make a variety of exciting and useful creations with simple materials.
  • Many of the creations I made involved writing utensils.
  • Rubber bands can solve many everyday problems.

What Action Will I Take?

I will try to get on Google and get lots of visitors on my site, enjoying the information I have provided on my site.

What New Questions Do I Have?

  • How many creations are still undiscovered?
  • How much further could this go?
  • Could this be used in other ways?
  • Are there other sites similar to mine?

My Reflection:

During this experience, I learned a lot about rubber bands, as well as the art of creation and seeing the best in simple things. Also, I learned a lot about problem solving.
People might think this project referred to my artistic side, and nothing else. Well, don't think that, because that would be very wrong. This worked on my artistic, problem-solving, simplicity-seeing, and tons more skills.
