Why Does Food Need To Be Digested

    We are putting jellotin in coffee strainers and enzymes below and above the jellotin. We made another cup without any enzymes and its not really coming out of the coffee Strainer. The appearance changed because the enzymes mixed with jellotin and came out as an orangey liquid. The first cup is coming out of the strainer faster than the othter one because the meat tenderizer helps it come through the bag.
