Water gets into glaciers by snow falls. The frozen water in a glacier is fresh water because it comes from melted water off of a mountain. Humans can easily use water from a glacier because the water is fresh water and that water is melted snow that flowed off from mountains into a body of water. | Water gets into polar ice caps by the frozen water in polar ice caps is fresh because when water freezes it gets rid of the salt I think that it would be hard to get water out of polar ice caps due to the fact that is in freezing water | Water gets into floating sea ice by small nee Sea ice is not as salty as ocean water beneath it because when water freezes, the tiny particles of salt are pushed out of the ice. I think that is would be nearly impossible because it is in water thin sheets pf ice and you would have to get water out of them one at a time | the frozen water in ice bergs is fresh because when water freezes it gets rid of the salt I think it would be easy to get water from ice bergs because they are big enough to stand and extract the water. |
