Imagine how a grizzly bear uses water.
Grizzly bears use water to drink like any mammal or life form would. They also eat water in the food they eat like fish which they catch in water, because fish can't live without water. Grizzlies tend to stay by water, because that is where most of there other food is too. The other food may be berry plants that need water to grow and nuts that grow on trees that need water to survive. Grizzlies use water to stay clean too. They use the water they hunt in also to keep them clean. If the water has a strong current they just stand a they clean that way and if the water is still they swim around to clean. They sometimes may lick themselves, to keep clean, if a large enough body of water is not around. Grizzlies also play in the water. They play-fight, splash each other, and swim around in the water. They may also just mess around in the water. This is how Grizzlies use water. 1. Mammals use water to drink and stay hydrated.
2. Fish use water to breathe. 3. Plants use water to circulate nutrients. 4. Some animals live by water, because most of there food is in the water. 5. Birds use the water as a landing pad for flying. A hydraulic engineer is a civil engineer based only on water and sewage flow and transportation. These kinds of engineers make dams, bridges, channels, canals, and levees. They have to follow the rules of fluids. The equation p = pgy, is also known as,
ρ = density of water g = specific gravity y = depth of the body of liquid The main principles of hydraulic engineering is fluid mechanics, fluid flow, behavior of real fluids, hydrology, pipelines, open channel hydraulics, mechanics of sediment transport, physical modeling, hydraulic machines, and drainage hydraulics. Other things that hydraulic engineers create are water distribution networks, water collection networks, sewage collection networks, storm water management, and sediment transport. The hydraulic engineer can date all the way back to the roman aqueducts and the Nile Irrigation System of the ancient Egyptians. Hydraulic engineers have been an essential job since the beginning of time. (1) Life without water is not living at all. Your body needs to drink a liquid every week I'm guessing. Life without water would be horrible.
(2) The lives of animals would be hard without water, because they need to drink liquids to survive like us. Also, they would die making eating impossible for humans. Animals will go extinct causing a chain reaction making the world a desolate planet. (3) We need to stop dumping waste into the water if we want it in our lives. We can save water by not wasting water in our everyday life. We also need to make purifying plants to clean our water. (4)Water is an interesting topic to learn about, because we have never learned about it before. Also, I keep learning new things. Finally, I think that the way we treat water is wrong and we are learning how to treat it better. (5)It is important to study water, because we live and thrive on it. Also, we should study it because our future depends on it. Finally, we should research it, because it is fun to resea We all should get a lot of positive feedback like we get in WEX. It also is important to give criticism, so we all know that we can have a better round next time with better results. We should give kind words like "You taught me something new." or "That is very interesting." but we should also give a small form of criticism like "That wasn't clear enough for me to understand." and "You didn't elaborate enough for me.". If you did a project about books authors you should get feedback like "That makes me understand the book better." and " That sums up the whole story."
Sound: As I poured the water into my partners, the water sounded like a peaceful meadow with a small stream right in the middle. It sounded like ocean waves sloshing on a pier. It had a high ranged whooshing sound. The flowing water sounded very crisp and clean with a hint of plop. It sounded so silky smooth.
Look: The water flows with such grace and never ever breaks apart. When jostled the water makes small waves, called ripples, from the center out to the sides. The flow has a twisty look to it as it is poured. As it sits still it is just a magnifier of what is through the other side. At certain angles it actually flips the opposite image. The flow is very wide gets smaller as it breaks away from the cup. Smell/Taste: The water smells very pure and fresh. It tastes clean and very light on the plasticy taste. A perfect combo of refreshing and rejuvenating. Another smell it has is, crisp and slightly on the chlorinated side. Feel: The water feels very cold and flowy. It had a wet, smooth texture. When it slowly touched my lips, it feels wet and life-giving. The water feels form-able and light. It had a little bit of stillness in it too. Water Vapor: Water Vapor feels a little wet, but not as wet as water itself. The vapor smells worse than water too. The vapor is not as cold as water either. Ice: Ice is harder than water, but water feels heavier than ice. The ice has When I was about 7, I went to Chulavista. I sat into the raft getting my bottom a little wet.I looked around only to see a vast ,in size, room filled with water slides and raft stations. All of a sudden, we dropped into the tube and everything went very black. I couldn't even see my hand. As I zoomed through the tube the wafting smell of chlorine blasting in my face. I screamed a scream of pure excitement, and the sounds echoed through the walls. In the distance I could hear a little bit of disco music that continually got louder until....... I fell into a swirler with a disco theme on it. It had a disco ball and everything. A big splash flew in my face as I was opening my mouth for another holler. The taste was absolutely horrible. As if no time had elapsed I shot out of the tube as fast as a bullet, into a small landing filled with water. I whooped and hollered so loud that everybody starting staring.
