This is our energy debate template we will use it to hopefully have success in the actual debate It uses examples of our energy Biomass an example of an example would be what they use to power them so for Biomass we have ... well why don't you see for yourself.

I was a little bit surprised that President Obama won the election because Romney won more states. Although I was happy that president Obama won the election because I was routing for President Obama. I wanted President Obama to win because I thought that he could lower our countries debt if we gave him another chance. The pattern I noticed was that the rural parts of America was republican. Also the states with a large population was democratic.
We made a video about our energy source. The video explained everything that was on the video. The poster was hard to make. The part of the poster that was the hardest was the piechart.
We made a glog to put everything we made during the election simulation into one poster. We made the glog so that we could Prove to Mr.Solarz that we learned something during the election simulation. I learned that Democrats want more government and Republicans want less government. We made mad libs to practice parts of speech. Mad libs can help know the parts of speach by making you write a word from a certain part of speach. If you don't write a word from the correct part of speach it would not make sense.
Today we learned about good insulators and bad insulators. We now know that a good insulator keeps the heat in (plastic wrap, aluminum foil, ect.) while a bad insulator (a good conductor) lets heat transfer through.
We tested this by putting warm water in a bottle and putting a good insulator (we used wax wrap) around the bottle of warm water. Then we put the bottle in a bucket of cold water. What was supposed to happen was that the warm water temperature would not change and the cold water temperature would not change if the material we used was a good insulator. Although most of the temperatures dropped we had lot's of fun! During science, we did an experiment on how to do a fair test. I dropped a basketball and a tennis ball. The average bouncing height for the tennis ball was 69 cm. The average bouncing height for the basketball was 71 cm. In conclusion the basketball bounces two cm. higher than the tennis ball.
