|What's going on in Mr. Solarz' Class?
Q: Where some of the activities harder to do while breathing through the wide straw than others? If so witch ones?A:I thought yes they where harder because I was moving a lot more and heart was pumping more air through my body through my mouth/nose especially with the jumping jacks
Q: Why do you think that breathing through the wide straw caused the effects that you described? A: Well I think it's hard because you don't have as much room to breath than two nostrils and one mouth.
Q: Did breathing through the thin straw affect you differently than breathing through the wide straw? If so, explain why you think this occored.A: yes I think it did because there wasn't the same amount of room to breathe I felt like I was going to faint.
Q: how does your breathing change as you become more active? Why did those changes happen? They happen because the heart pumps quicker and needs more air so you breath faster.
During class today we did different activities and took our heart rate with a stethoscope. Once we got our data we added up all the data in the five groups. My five groups were: Resting, Standing, Bouncing, jogging and running.
In class we are learning about the Revolutionary War. This is my diagram that I made on Creatly.com, everyone in our class made a diagram. We took so much time learning about the causes of the Revolutionary War because there is a lot to learn (more than I have written down).
