On our trip to Independence Rock, Whyoming many of us got a disease called Cholera and Christine DuPont and Sophia Castro died. We took a long time to make a choice on what to do and we never got any of them water with salt and suger and that could have helped them. They most have lots of water with salt and water to help them fell better. We had a funeral for Christine DuPont and Sophia Castro and it was not a big funeral but it was meaningful. A lot of us got the desease and we all hope they get better. We really need to make up our minds faster so no more people die.
     We have learned a ton about the Chinse Inmegrants, the 49ers, Nez Perce, Mexiconos, and The Mormans. We have heard a lot about there life style and how they lived and moved. There is a lot more about there life but we know a lot already. They had many different problems that they faced as well.

We are in Fort Laramie and our Blisters from a couple weeks ago have healed and has costed us some money and some medicine.We have met lots of other people like Chinese Imagrants and Nez Perce',and the Mexicanos, the Mormons and the Forty- Niners.So far neither of us know anything ab

We are in Fort Laramie,Wyoming and we have travled for and we have travled for 2 days and made 56 miles. Our blisters have got much better from when we got them infected. We have meet a ton of people like the Mexiconos, Forty-Niners,Mormans, the Chinse Imigrants, Nez Persa, they are all very diffrent from each other. We have been traveling for 38 days on the Oregon trail. The date is May 23 1848 and we have been doing well.

       It is May 21, 1848. We have traveled 25 miles. We have passed Courthouse Rock and Chimney Rock and now we are on  our way to Oregon. We have decided that we to burn buffalo chips (firewood problem), and they will use clean socks and pop the blisters with a burnt needle. The next few days some of the groups feet have been hurting and the doctors found out that our feet have been infected.____ We had a problem that we didn't have enough fire wood so we used buffalo chips and we also used it sterilize the needles we used to poke our blisters. Tristan, Nicoletta, Sophia,Kristin,Kade,Britta,Ira,Leonardo,Peter and Sefu.  Those are the people who got an infection on there foot.

Soon enough we came upon a sneaky salesmen that claimed to have a perfect cure for Dutch's sickness.  We were fooled into buying the so called medicine for 200$! Mr. Vermont drank the snake oil and we all hoped he would get better. Let's just say that he was a wolf in sheep's clothing or in other words a FRAUD! Dutch did not get better, in fact he got much worse. We are planning on going to Fort Kearney in search for better cures. I believe that the police man and the nurse will be going and the doctor will be staying will Dutch.
    Meanwhile, we are discovering all about how the U.S. got all this land. We fought wars, purchased land, overthrew a queen and signed treaties. The Louisiana purchase
   

Its a good thing we found something to do because we were about ready to crack.And another fine note Dutch Vermont is feeling much better he is stronger and is almost walking and were moving again.Now that Dutch is feeling better we need to find things to do. Things like dancing to music,running races,bear climb.We are also learning a lot about the old united states we are traveling right now through the Louisiana territory.We also learned kids had chores you don't see a 30 to 35 year old doing chores do you.The kids and us wrote letters and had diaries. We also played cards and there are lots of card games.They gathered buffalo chips for fire.So we had lots to do on the way but Dutch had to stay in the wagon but he was doing good.We are excited about our new destunation but we don't now what it is!!!

We were safe crossing the Platte river but, we lost a barrel of flour. We all crossed alive, very proud. At first we didn't have a clue of what to do. But soon enough the answer was staring us in the face. We took the wheels off the wagon and had it float across, despite the fierce strength of the current.    

We Have Been Attacked by Indians!!!!! So we almost did lose a lot of stuff but thankfully some one had a decent idea and we were saved by liquor. So now we are leaving almost at the speed we went at when returning to earth because those indians probably gulped it down by now.  We still havent activated plan a-2 wich allows us to update our knowledge endlessly without trouble end might make our time period have a time machine! But we still are moving on and I REALLY want to forget my experience the indian chief. So this is Samir Bakri signing out!!

We were walking towards topeka Kansas and there were a ton of people moving west. We started to wonder why all these people moving west so we started to ask. Sarah said that she had a big family and they needed more room, Tommy said there was free land. Bethany said that her husband needed room to farm. Heckter said im going for gold.Elisha im only five and im going with my family. Her mom than pitched in were going for more land she has 6 sisters and brothers. After I said i felt like a reporter.
