1. Thea activity that increased my heart rate by the most was the up downs. I believed that these made me the most tired or got my heart rate the highest because it made me push my limits and do something that works out my body
2.Thea activity that made my heart rate the lowest was sitting down. It did not push my limits for my heart and this did not make my heart rate speed up.
3. They were accurate because I have done them all before and I knew which one made me more tired and less tired. So then I could make a estimate on which one would make me most tired.
4. I noticed that it started to pump blood faster. This was happening because the areas of my bloods needed more blood to make them keep soaring past there limits.( I think.)
5. I thought my heart rate changed because I was trying harder when the activity got harder. Also when the activity got harder my heart had to try harder what made my heart rate rise.
