Click on the right arrow button in order to see the presentation. It is very simple (I did not make it - I found it online). Don't get dizzy!!!

Think Binder
This is a website that lets kids collaborate from home on a project. They can chat (in the lower right hand corner), upload photos, share links to good websites, make appointments (maybe get-togethers), share space on a whiteboard to brainstorm ideas, upload files for everyone to share, etc.
I use this website to share ideas on our human body unit. The pictures of bones in the photo help teachers teach about the parts of a bone (periosteum, solid bone, spongy bone, bone marrow).

Thing Link
This website is great for identifying parts of a picture. Shown below is the map we used while reading the book, The Phantom Tollbooth (it is "live", so feel free to hover over each tag and even click on some!). Each tag has a description of the spot on the map and a small explanation of what happened at that time in the story. We will use this website in many different ways because you can also embed video, audio, pictures, links, etc. I can't wait!!!

GoAnimate!
GoAnimate is a great tool for creating animations for free! You can record your own voice, or type in what you want the characters to say and they will say it in a number of different accents or voices. We have used this a number of times this year. The main use was to create commercials for our Westgate Database (See those at: westgatedatabase.weebly.com).
