K - I know that some animals are at the top of the food chain because they are bigger than other animals, and they are fierce. - I also know that Humans are the things at the top of the food chain. L - I learned that humans are at the top of the food chain because of there intelligence. - I learned that hawks are at the top of the food chain because of there power and speed. - I learned that big cats are at the top of the food chain because of how strong and powerful they are. - etc. | W - I want to know what else animals are at the top of the food chain for, and what they eat. - I also want to know why humans are at the very top of the food chain, because we aren't as big as a bear, we don't have poison, and we aren't very fierce either! A - I will show other people the food chain that I made and all about the animals, and I will make a video on this information that I have gathered. | H - I will find out by researching animals and what is at the top of the food chain, and then the next layer, and then the next, and so on and so on. Then I will show other people this food chain and teach people about it. Q - What other animals or living organisms are in the food chain? - Why do some hawks still get eaten in some circumstances and they are still at the top of the food chain? - How do people learn about what the food chain is and why? | This is my Trello Card |
My Reflection: (Drew)
To me, this project was sooooo fun! I learned a lot about the food chain, what it is, what animals are in it, and all about the animals and the adaptations! For example; I learned why humans are at the top of the food chain, because humans have intelligence and technology to make weapons, such as guns, swords, and other tools. I also learned all about Big Cats, Anacondas, Hawks and Bears and why they are at the top of the food chain too! I really loved to learn about the food chain and make it instead of learn it by text-books and papers! So far, my favorite part about this activity is using Thinglink and searching all of the pictures and facts of the animals up. I love this project!
