I think we should ask Damien, Jade, or Josè, to create a stationary bike and/or treadmill for the astronauts to use in space (with bungee cords or something holding them down to the exercise equipment). They could work together, and make a lot of these inventions, and give them to everyone who is living on mars to use a few hours every day.

In some cases, scientists can monitor how you are doing on the exercise equipment, and tell you if you need to change how you re exercising through devices.
You need to exercise in space because your muscles will get weaker and it will be harder for you to lift things and move around because your muscles will become weak and fragile. You also need to eat healthy because this will also make your muscles weak and fragile because a lot of unhealthy foods don’t have nutrients for your cells.
