The activities the increased my heart-rate the most were the running and the jumping. The ones that had my heart-rate increase the least were standing still and sitting. I think I ranked the activities in the right order because I thought about what I thought would be the highest heart-rate and the lowest heart-rate. I noticed that my heart-rate started getting higher the more active the activities became. My heart-rate changed when I was more active because my heart has to pump more blood through my body to keep it going longer.
