I think that Cameroon from West Africa thought of the quote "water always finds a way out" because even if you poured a glass of water in a lake then it would go miles and miles until eventually it finds a water fall or a sewage pump or something and then if it went into a water fall it would eventually go into a water pump and then it would go into a water bottle then we would drink it and it would go out and start all over again. And that is why water always finds a way out it just takes a REALLY, REALLY, REALLY, REALLY, REALLY long time. I think that South Africa said that " You should not insult an alligator if your feet are in the water" because I think that they think that if you insult an alligator then if an alligator is in the water then the alligator will some how communicate with the alligator and it will try to get you and eat you. I think that Egypt said "For the benefit of flowers, we water the thorns to" I think that Egypt said that because they think that if roses have long thorns then they're growing and they're as healthy as possible. I think that Afghanistan said "Heaven is dark, yet out of it streams clear water" because of the first quote that I mentioned to you was "Water always finds it's way out". So even in it's darkest paths water will always somehow find away out of wherever they are. I think that the people in Kenya, East Africa thought of the quote "Two water falls do not hear each other" because, each and every drop of the water in a different waterfall goes it's seperate path therefore making the two drops of water that are in a different waterfall never touch, hear, speak, or see each other making the two waterfalls not able to hear each other. I think that the people from South Africa said "The horse that arrives early gets a good drink of water" because, In Africa there isn't that much clean water to dink so that means that the person (and/or animal) that get's there first get's to have the most clean water, and that is why I think that the different people from these different countries have said these different proverbs about water.
