1. Yes, the walking with the wide straw and jumping jacks with the wide straw. Also breathing with the small straw.
2. Because you don't get as much air as you would with the wide straw.
3. Because you got more air and you have more space to grab oxygen.
4. I think so because when you are out of breath when you exercise you want to grab more oxygen, thats why you breath faster when you are active
