Surface~ Moss Soil tree Rain Boots | Prediction~ I thought that the water would seep through the tiny holes in the green moss. I thought the soil would be absorbed into the dirt. I thought that the bark of the tree would get damp and the leaves would act like an umbrella. I thought that the rain would just role down the sides into the grass. | Actual~ I was surprised to see that the rain staid in its sphere shape and sat on the moss like it was a chair. I found out if you put a lot of water on the soil it shrunk or washed out part of the dirt. My prediction was right considering the angle the rain was coming at My prediction was correct because the boots were plastic. | Reflection~ I thought that It was really cool that the moss was like that. In the picture I made i did not have and landscape that was moss. In my picture there was a lot of dirt so it must have been muddy. I had a tree in my photo so it was on of the main "materials" in my photo. |
