This graph show the average amount of times my heart pumps in a minute during different activities. When I was running in circles my heart pumped the fastest because I was moving around. When I was completely still my heart rate was low because I didn't require as much blood to be pumped around my body. I think I ranked the activities accurate because I put lower heart beating activities first. As I became more active my heart rate increased because I needed more blood to my body. At first it was low because I wasn't moving much but gradually it became higher.
My heart rate changed because as I became more active and more blood was required to deliver oxygen to my muscles to keep them going.
