Humans

• I drink a glass of water at dinner.
• I drink a glass of water when I am hot.
• I drink a glass of water when I wake up.
• I use water to wash my hands.
• I use water to wash off my hair.

Both

• They both drink water
• They both use water to get food.
• They both eat fish.

Eagles

• Eagles need water because it contains fish, which is 69% of It's diet.
• Eagles don't drink from a certain body of water, they get it from the food they eat.
• Eagles don't use water to clean themselves, they use their beaks to clean their feathers.

Eagles don't use water very much but when they do It is in interesting ways. They don't actually drink the water, but instead get water from the food that they eat. They don't use any to clean because they pick at their feathers to clean themselves.

Water is a natural resource because it is not man made and all comes from nature, not people.

Water is required for life because if we didn't have it we would die from dehydration. It is very important to plants and animals too because they need water just like we do.
