Me and my class did a experiment for science with balloons! What we had to do was stand on a peace of paper that said launch on it were we blew up a balloon and let go of the balloon and let go. We were trying to hit a target on the ground. Then we measured how far it was from the target. I would say that it would be a fun project to do in math for working on measuring!!
