1.Food water and sleep.
2. You might get a cramp from your muscles getting tired and sore. You might sweat because you need to cool yourself down and you might get red in your face.
3.You can sit down and rest to make yourself stop sweating.To get the cramp to stop you just have to stop moving because your muscles aren't moving and getting tired.Your face gets red because more blood goes to your head (I am not sure if what I said was true)
