2. Explain what "extrapolating" means to younger children. Extrapolating means to carry it on even though you don't know what it will eventually be. Like your height.
3. What are some other things you can extrapolate?  Give some examples.

1. Can you feel it when your pupils dilate?
Kinda, my eyes started to strain and then they relaxed when I looked into the dark
2. Do you have any control over your pupils when they dilate?
No because, if we did we probably would forget and burn out our rods and cones.
3. What do we call this when a reflex happens without our control?
Automatic reflexes? I don't know major brain fart right now.
4. Why do our pupils get bigger in the dark and smaller in the light?
In the dark so we can collect more light, and in the light so we don't burn our rods and cones.
5. How does this reflex protect our eyes?
Again so we won't burn our rods and cones. So we don't go blind.

The brick house dangled high in a tree, as we crept towards the run down building threatening shakes from the hut repeated over and over. Shadows dancing across, even in the light. As we neared the dreaded place, we saw silhouettes, jumping and leaping, with pointy hats. Circling around something, a pot, chanting, a potion.  Then they stopped, we heard shrieks like no other before. And saw things like no other before, the witches soon over us, shrieking their terrible song. We ran faster than ever before, running, jumping over the cruel shrubs. I tripped and  it all went black.
