Surface Water Fabric Dirt Sand Bark | Prediction I thought the water would absorb the droplet. I thought that the water would just fall and get absorbed by the fabric. I thought that the dirt would make the water not do anything and stop it right in its tracks I expected it to do exactly the same thing as dirt would do to a raindrop. I expected the bark to absorb the water and not change at all. | Actual The water absorbed the droplet and also made it bounce up in the air! My prediction was right, the droplets were absorbed. My prediction was right, as the water was absorbed. However, some of it went to the bottom of the cup. Once again it went to the bottom of the cup but most of it didn't stay or get absorbed. I was not right, because when the water hit the bark, it made the bark a deeper more fancy color. | Reflection I was surprised when the water bounced up and made a wall of water to surround it. I was not very surprised when the water did nothing but get absorbed. I was bored until I saw some water on the bottom of the cup! I saw all the water( well, most of it anyway) at the bottom of the cup and not a few bits like the dirt did. I was surprised when the bark changed color, but I expected it to grow a bit, because when you add water to wood, it gets bigger slightly. |
My story about a raindrop.
Hi. My name Robert. And let me tell you just about my life. I start off as a little rain drop in a cloud and I am with my family. But one day I fell. Right out of the cloud. I screamed and shouted but nothing happened. I then fell right onto leaves and the leaves rolled me right down onto the grass. But before I got soaked up I ran down the front yard of the man and went right onto the street. I shouted again. A car was coming right at me. But I rolled to the side of the street and came into a clump of random people. Raindrops!!!! I rolled and rolled with them into a sewer. But before I fell I saw a sign that said Los Anglous. But I never learned how to read. After that I don't know what happened because I keep swishing a swirling and finally I landed in the ocean. What was I going to do? Then I notice that there are so many of my friends and family. So I say hi. But after a bit we start to feel tingling and we start to evaporate and all turn into this big blob. But I knew what this was my dad told me about this when I was little. I think it was something called a cloud. But I really have no idea. But then I blacked out and felt like I was reborn because I was back in a cloud with some of my family some of my friends and some people that I had no idea who they were. So it turns out that it always happens because later that month or so it happened again and I meet even more new people.
