Water Earth 4.3-Finding surface water

• What bodies of surface water did you find while examining the three maps?
  
• Were there any types of surface water on the Arlington Heights map that you weren’t able to find on the Illinois map? If so, why?
  
• Were there any types of surface water on the Illinois map that you couldn't find on the United States map? If so, why?
  
• What are some names of the bodies of water in Illinois and Arlington Heights? What bodies of water did you identify?

I found so many different kinds of surface water. These were  Rivers,Oceans,Bays,Channels, Lakes, Inlets, Reservoirs. I also found creeks, Sea, gulfs, sounds, and lastly straits.

There weren't very many bodies of water like that, but some of them included:  Lake Louise, Hannon Bay,  Lake Arlington, and lake baybrook. I think this was because the ones on Arlington Heights would be too small to see on the other maps.


There were some bodies of water like that, but not many. Some of them were: Lake Holiday, Lake Springfield, and Lake Clinton. For the same reason as above, I think that I couldn't see these on the USA map because they were so small.


I found many bodies of water in Arlington Heights and Illinois. 2 of the more popular ones were Lake Michigan and the Mississippi River. Some others were: Spring field, lake baybrook, also lake holiday.There are definitely more, and a lot of them are up above!
