1. Does the amount of enzyme (meat tenderizer) affect the rate of digestion (how fast it digests)?
2. Does the temperature of the gelatin affect the rate of digestion (how fast it digests)?
3. Does physical digestion (breaking down food into smaller pieces by chewing or cutting) affect the rate of digestion (how fast it digests)?

1. The meat tenderizer enzyme did not change the amount of digestion in our group.
2. I'm not sure because we didn't talk about that or experiment with that!
3. That speeds digestion up because the the smaller chewed up peaces are easier to digest.
