Freshwater  in the air is .01 %. Freshwater in the air is .61%. 2.14% is in ice.



Reflection:

            I was about 2% away from the amount of saltwater because I thought since all of the oceans in the world are saltwater, there would be more saltwater in the world then freshwater. It also kind of  surprised me that so many people in the world don't have acces

Today we stayed at alcove spring for an extra day and we were able to do so many of our chores and rest are animals. I think that it it very important that we rest our animals because they have to do so much work pulling our wagons and need rest. We also got to rest and bathe and wash our clothes and spent a lot of time swimming in the clean springs that were there. Also it gave us a chance to play games like cats cradle and sack races, and and hunt food that we where getting low on and we could stop eating leftovers because we picked fresh berries and hunt deer and other animals that roamed the area.

Today we decided all of the things we will be bringing on the Oregon trail with us, we each are allowed one personal item and I plan to bring an ipad mini, we spent all of our money at the mercantile store buying supplies for our trip. Such as medicine, ropes, different tools like shovels and hammers. We also had to buy wepons and bullets to hunt.

Some yellowstone mountains can be over 10000 feet in height. I think that is very tall for a mountain and it suprised me.

Yellowstone national park is so big that you can fit rhode island and delaware inside and have room left over.That surprised me because it is bigger than Rhode island and Delaware put together.

we will have wolves and coyotes harassing us. I kind of expected that because we have so much food with us.

some ways to tell the difference between a wolf and a coyote is the ears because they are bigger than the wolf

coyotes will lay down on the ground and whine and cry to lure you or your animals in and will continuously do this along the trail

wolves will eat up to 20 pounds of food in 10 minutes because they only eat twice a week

when you see birds circling something it usually means there is a dead animal somewhere below

if we have a bigger wagon, when it rains it will get stuck in the mud

if we kill all the wolves there will be no predator to coyotes

when we go on the trail we will leave all our friends

when there is  no wood to use for fuel you would use cow chips to cook

when there is bears you can use the hide for clothes and eat the meat

buffalo fat is used for bug repellant

badgers are usually not a social animal

arctic wolves  have webbing in there feet like snow shoes

badgers are all over the usa

reindeer and caribou will eat liken

Overall, I think that the Science Fair was a valuable experience because...I taught us a lot of things about other peoples projects.

I definitely made some mistakes along the way, but I learned from them. Here are some examples... I at first forgot to say a few things in my presentation.

If I were give the chance to do anything differently, I would... have used more brands of root beer.
