Our next Twitter chat will take place on Monday, June 24th from 8:00-9:00 p.m. CST. You can read the whole book before then, or just read through page 53. (At the bottom of this page is the weekly breakdown of pages to read for each chat, if you choose to follow it.) We will be discussing the following questions on June 24th:

- No content standard matters until a safe, supportive & positive class environment is established (pg. 22). How do you build that environment?
- Dave describes his first three days of each school year (pg. 22). What kinds of things do you do during the first week of school?
- Creative genius is partly developed through asking the right questions (pg. 34). What opportunities do your students have to ask questions?
- Read your audience and adjust on the fly (pg. 48). How do you demonstrate flexibility & responsiveness? Any examples of teachable moments?
