I think that the water will make a tiny wave and then a little drop ill splash back up and fall down and get absorbed into the water. I also think that when it hits the water it will make ripples.
I think it will hit the moss, stay for like 30 seconds and then it will sink down.
I think it will make a little crater when it hits the sand and then the water will sink into it.
The drop went down so fast that it was kind of hard to see but if you put it by a slow-motion camera then you can see that it actually did what my prediction said. Here is a link to a video: Slow Motion Water Drop.
I found that the moss would keep the water on for like 0.10 seconds and then it just sank down into the moss.
It did exactly what I thought it would do and more! I thought that it would just sink strait down into the sand but it just spread out a bit and then it sank down.
I was quite surprised that it went down so fast. Also when I saw the ripples clash they looked really cool.
I was surprised that it did that because the day before when we did this it stuck onto the moss for so long.
I was surprised that it just made a little crater instead of making a big crater. It also surprised me that the water sank in so slowly.
The search feature above is actually quite good for finding what you need! Type in the one or two words that you are looking for information on, and it will generate a list of every page that mentions that word.
