Biologists understand how living things work. The scientists know how water takes a role on life and Earth. There are many kinds of biologists for example a Marine Biologist would study under sea animals like a manatee etc. There are also kinds who study water and how it effects life on earth and if it changes the environment. Watery Earth s Recently I went to the Robie house. It was like a maze built from the bottom up. It was very interesting how the structure of the building was and also the architecture.
What feedback should we get~ I would like to receive complements and critiques to help me improve and get better. Complements help encourage me while critiques help me do better. I think it is good to use both in situations. What kind of feed back should we give~ I thought that it was interesting how the different people put their projects in all different ways! It was very clear the way they explained it. But all groups needed improvement. They perhaps could have been more clear or dug deeper into the story of their passion.
(1)My life would be ruined without water. It would be The end of the world considering 70% of the Earth is water. Humans also are 90% water. There would be no life without water!
(2)Plants and animals would most likely be fossils regarding the needs and wants of the species. I think plants would not last but there is a slight chance animals would survive but like humans they would not last very long. (3)Be clean and cautious about garbage and be environmentally friendly so that are water is fresh and clean. (4)It is a very important role in life and earth so it is easy to talk about and have a conversation. (5)It is important that they study water so they can see if it is clean and healthy for human consumption. Sound~ It sounded delicate and soft like feathers as I dumped it into Scouts cup, but it also had a sloshing sound here and there but other wise it was very pleasant and calming. It did not have the exact characteristics of a water fall but it was very similar to the sound (less harsh.) There are some cool sounds it makes! Looks~ The clear glass of water looked like jello as i shook it around. Next I pored it into another glass and it looked like someone shot air bubbles into the glass that immediately floated to the top like a balloon and when I blew on it it looked like I skipped a rock on a lake. Taste & smell~ The taste was plain but also refreshing it tasted like it had been contained for a long time. The smell was crisp and pure. Even though it was water it was good! Touch~ It felt like it was forming to my hand. It was cold and then room temperature as I moved it around. It kind of gave you chills as you put your hand in. ICE & WATER & VAPOR The vapor was like clouds brushing through your hands. Therefor the water was more solid but not like a rock. And the ice was hard but easily melted into water.
As I was scared for life seeing dancing clowns and entertainers we were floating on a cruse ship on the Dominican Republic waters. We were now on a deck with separators. It was calming until you looked down. I froze I don't know if what I was staring at was real or if there were 100 hungry sharks under my feet. I slowly put on the snorkel gear so I could resist going in the water as long as I could. But eventuality got it on.
"Rowan, look!" my brother said. "Whaaaaaa!" Right then my brother shoved me making me plunge into the water. My snorkel filled up with salty water. I swam and gust up for air, but when I was done there was a 20ft shark going right under me. Just looking into its eye it was saying death. My eyes wandered. I saw sharks here and there all staring at me but I have to admit they were kind of cute. All I was saying to myself was breathe. The next minuets we were swimming with STINGRAYS. Do I even have to explain it? |
