Today we had to keep track of our heart beat when we were just sitting, Jumping, Running, and stuff like that. I did Sitting, Standing, Jogging, Running, and Pushups. these are the Resaults obove. I think that the standing and jogging increased my heart beat the most and the still and the Standing increased the least. The activities that I did went from easiest to do to hardest to do. The change I saw was that the harder the activities are the faster your heart beat Races. My heart rate changed When I got more active because I need air to breath faster when i'm active than when Im sitting So the heart needs to be Pumping blood faster.
